  1. . Let members know where to go for the latest information/versions - Wiki versus listserv
  2. . "Standards port" language needs to be developed - two versions suggested by Tobias and VanDerHeiden
  3. . Karen's introductory language - where should it go and get consensus on it
  4. . Definitions:
    • finalize definition of "terminal device" - we have two options currently
    • provide definition of "realtime, realtime text, realtime conversation"
    • provide definition of "Menu"- related to IVR system and Menu related to acess captions, video description
  5. . Discuss whether ready to put out the versions of volume control language that we have to get feedback or whether need more discussion first
