These terms describe the types of products that might be covered by the provision. It is used in the provision format

  • Telephone (desktop, wireless, cordless, etc.)
  • Telephone system (PBX, etc.)
  • IVR (Voicemail, Autoattendant, Audiotext)
  • AudioVisual equipment (Video Monitor, TV, Projector)
  • Public information terminal (Kiosk)
  • Network interface to devices
  • Desktop computer system
  • Portable computer system (laptop, PDA, tablet)
  • Copier, printer, scanner, other similar peripheral
  • Software (installed or through browser)
  • Web content
  • Media content (audio/video)
