What's New in the September 14th Draft

Editorial notes

• All text accepted at the September 4-6 plenary has been incorporated
• Headings for notes has been clarified
  • "Notes" - information that is part of the provision text (normative)
  • "Explanatory/Advisory note" - accompanies provision
  • "Rationale" - information for the Access Board to explain TEITAC decisions
  • "Discussion of Work in Progress" - suggestions for changes or lists of open work items - shown in blue boxes (marked as "preformatted")

• Provisions have been renumbered in sequential order, where sections were re-arranged.

Two accompanying documents begun:

• EWG:Definition Use Analysis - Shows use of definitions in current provisions
• EWG:Draft Provisions Removed or Omitted - Notes for the report on provisions removed, combined or omitted from the draft

• Harmonizaton notes have been added to the External Reference information. Web/Software (Section 3 and 8.2) are based on http://teitac.org/wiki/Web_and_Software:_Harmonization_impact_2
