August - December Meeting
The following is the delivery schedule for the provisions and reviews of the final report.
- May 24 to Aug 17 - subcommittees working on their provisions listed as "in progress" in the Status Spreadsheet.
- Aug 10 - Get info from Subpart A subcommittee (issues and concerns to resolve)
- Aug 21 - Conf Call - Docs subcommittee presentation
- Aug 28 - Conf Call - A/V subcommittee presentation
- Sept 4-6 - Plenary meeting. Must resolve SubA, Real time Text (section 5), and Requirements for All Product and Services (section 1) as they are key areas. Others working on provisions will be asked to contribute to the status spreadsheet and identify top issues for discussion at the plenary if time allows. Discussions will also need to review research, metadata, and layout of the final report.
- Sept 10-14 - EWG roll up of meeting info and conf calls.
- Sept 14 - Post final versions of provisions in the layout of the final report
- Sept 17-Oct 19 - Review period, 5 weeks
- Oct 9 - Conference Call
- Oct 16 - Conference Call
- Oct 19 - Initial draft of minority reports due for inclusion in materials for November meetings
- Oct 22-26 - EWG roll up of all comments. Must include final provision wording.
- Oct 23 - Conference Call
- Oct 26 - Post draft of final report
- Oct 29-Nov 9 - Review period 2 weeks
- Oct 30 - Conference Call
- Nov 13-16 - Plenary Meeting. Must get final agreement on provisions.
- Nov 19-27 - EWG roll up final report (yes, over Thanksgiving week)

- Nov 27 - Post Technical Provisions Working Draft
- Nov 27 - Dec 18 - Technical Provisions Review period for final report (provision revisions made based on committee approval)
